Yes. All consultations are conducted online via video call. We serve clients from the UK, Europe, Australia, North America, and across South Asia. Sessions are available in English and Nepali.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Astro Suraksha website (astrosuraksha.com) and all consultation services provided by Suraksha ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms were last updated on 4 April 2026. We may update them at any time; the current version is always available at astrosuraksha.com/terms.

2. Services

Astro Suraksha provides Vedic astrology (Jyotish) consultations and related digital tools, including: • One-on-one consultation sessions (Quick Reading, Full Kundali, Marriage & Compatibility, Career Forecast, Shani Dasha, Gemstone Consultation) • Free online Kundali (birth chart) calculator • AI Jyotish chat tool • Daily Rashifal and Panchang content • Vedic astrology articles and educational content Services are provided in English and Nepali and are available to clients worldwide.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking: All consultations are booked via the booking form at astrosuraksha.com/book. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email. 3.2 Payment — Nepal: Payments in Nepal are accepted via eSewa (NPR). Payment must be made in full before the session is confirmed. 3.3 Payment — International: Clients outside Nepal pay in USD, GBP, or AUD at the flat rates shown on the booking page. International payment is accepted via Wise, bank transfer, or other methods communicated at booking confirmation. Full payment is required before the session. 3.4 Pricing: All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of booking will apply to your session. 3.5 Receipts: A booking confirmation email is sent via EmailJS to the address provided at booking. Please retain this as your receipt.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Client cancellations: • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: full refund. • Cancellation 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund. • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund. • No-show without prior notice: no refund. 4.2 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@astrosuraksha.com. 4.3 Our cancellations: If we need to cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or, at your option, a rescheduled session at no extra charge. 4.4 How to cancel: Email info@astrosuraksha.com with your booking reference, name, and requested action. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. 4.5 EU/UK Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by expressly requesting that your consultation session begin within this 14-day window and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, you waive this right. If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not book a session that would take place within 14 days.

5. Disclaimer — Nature of Astrology Services

5.1 Astrology is not science: Vedic astrology (Jyotish) is a traditional system of wisdom. Readings and predictions are interpretive and not guaranteed to be accurate or to reflect future events. 5.2 Not a substitute for professional advice: Our services are NOT a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: 6.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, however caused. 6.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim. 6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 6.4 EU/UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on astrosuraksha.com — including text, articles, tools, designs, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Astro Suraksha and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. 7.3 Your Kundali chart data generated using our free tool remains yours. We do not claim ownership of data you input.

8. User Conduct

By using our website you agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information in bookings • Attempt to circumvent payment • Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content • Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with site security • Use our AI Jyotish tool for any harmful, abusive, or unlawful purpose

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at astrosuraksha.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including your rights under GDPR (for EU/EEA/UK users) and Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2018.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal. 11.3 EU/UK consumers: Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to rely on any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. 11.4 Online Dispute Resolution (EU): EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
